Withdrawal and Return Request
If you would like to cancel your order and return your product, you can submit a withdrawal and return request using the form on this page.
You can also submit your withdrawal request in writing by contacting info@laouta.nl.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have the option to withdraw from the agreement with Laouta Benelux within 14 working days, without giving any reason.
To submit your withdrawal request, please complete the form on this page. After submitting your request, Laouta Benelux will receive your request and you will automatically receive a confirmation by email with further instructions.
Returning the product
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the return address provided by Laouta Benelux.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an unused, undamaged condition. Laouta Benelux cannot accept products that have been used, whose packaging has been damaged, or whose other external features have been damaged.
Please make sure the product is packed carefully and securely before sending it back.
Return shipping costs and risk
The costs and risk of the return shipment are for the customer.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, so you can prove that the return shipment has been sent.
Refund
After Laouta Benelux has received the product in undamaged and original condition, the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days.
The refund will be made to a bank account provided by the consumer.
Product colours
We have made every effort to display the natural colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that monitors, screens and printers may have different colour settings, which may result in colour differences.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products
Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
Any defective products must be reported to Laouta Benelux immediately after discovery and no later than 3 working days after receipt.
Complaints about visible defects or a delivery that does not match the order confirmation, for example in quantity, must be submitted in writing within 3 working days after delivery. After this period, Laouta Benelux can no longer accept products for return, except as described under the right of withdrawal.
Important conditions
In case of improper or careless use, damage caused by environmental factors such as moisture or temperature, or damage caused by other circumstances beyond the control of Laouta Benelux, no refund can be claimed.
