Article 1. Return Policy
After the customer has received the product ordered by him, the customer has the option of dissolving the underlying agreement with Laouta Benelux within 14 working days after receipt of this product. The customer does not have to give a reason for this.
If the customer wishes to dissolve the agreement within this period, the customer must report this in writing to email@example.com. The customer must send the product in the original packaging to a return address determined by Laouta Benelux. Laouta Benelux does not take back products that have been used, the packaging or other external features of which are damaged.
In this case, the customer bears the costs and risk of shipping. After Laouta Benelux has received the product in undamaged and original condition, Laouta Benelux will transfer the full purchase amount (minus shipping costs) as stated on the invoice within fourteen days to a bank or giro account number to be indicated by the consumer.
We have tried to match the natural colors of the products as closely as possible. Please note, however, that all monitors and printers may have different color settings and color variations may occur.
Article 2. Conformity
The Customer must check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any defective products must be reported to Laouta Benelux immediately after discovery and at the latest within a period of 3 working days.
Complaints about visible defects and/or non-delivery in accordance with the order confirmation (quantity) must be submitted in writing within 3 working days after delivery, under penalty of forfeiture of rights. After this period, Laouta Benelux will never take back products, except as stipulated in article 1. Return policy.
In the event of improper use, damage due to environmental factors (moisture, temperature, etc.) or other causes beyond the control of Laouta Benelux, the customer cannot claim a refund.
