Ordered products are delivered from stock and will be shipped as soon as possible within 2 working days after receipt of payment. If Laouta Benelux cannot deliver within 14 working days after the conclusion of the agreement, a consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement in writing.

Laouta Benelux will refund the purchase amount paid by the consumer within 14 working days.
